Kirsten Dickerson
(CEO & co-founder)

After a 15 year stint in California, Kirsten recently returned to her native state and planted roots in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two kids. Through her marriage to her best friend, filmmaker Brandon Dickerson, she developed a love for design creating the sets and wardrobe look for many of his projects. She and her family have traveled the world for film, humanitarian outreach, cross-cultural studies, and the adoption of their Chinese daughter. Motivated by a belief that each person is valuable and uniquely created, Kirsten is dedicated to empowering women to discover their full potential. The creative endeavors of Raven + Lily have given Kirsten a platform to connect her talented friends in the states with the amazing women she has met through her journeys around the world. This has become one of her greatest joys in life.

Sophia Hirokawa Lin
(CCO & co-founder)

Sophia started off her career as a graphic designer at a Hollywood ad agency before venturing out to start Khana Shiro, an award-winning graphic design agency. After building the company for 8 years developing logo work for A-list stars like Clooney, Pitt, Soderbergh, and DiCaprio, she decided to take some time off to focus on her family. With her degree in Sociology, she has always searched for ways to combine her love of design with people on a deeper, more personal level. She is thrilled to be a part of Raven + Lily where her design skills can be used to transform the way society views and uses design all while benefiting disadvantaged women around the world. She thanks God for her sisters, chocolate, snowboarding, Los Angeles, Seattle, skydiving, macs, scalp massage, cupcakes and apple pie a la mode.

She has been a part of the merchandise road team for Linkin Park’s 2008 Projekt Revolution US tour and Danish band Sarah Hepburn, tour prepped for Rihanna, and crafted Lady GaGa’s infamous hair-hair bows for her early 2009 tour. She first found out about the issue of sex-trafficking in 2005 on a two month humanitarian trip to Thailand, and has since then dedicated her time and skills to bring about change in this area. Her greatest passions include travel, culture, design, Peace, and the human spirit.
