Return Policy

All sales at Raven+ Lily are final.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned for online store credit or exchanged for another item within 10 days of receipt, minus the original shipping fees. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade jewelry item. We are very proud of our artisan’s work and their dedication to their craft.

Exchanges and/or damaged goods:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below in order to process your exchange correctly.

1. Email customer service at customerservice@ravenandlily.com or call in order to exchange or return an item for store credit.
2. Pack the item securely and safely in a hard box, insure your package for the full value of the merchandise, and send it via prepaid mail. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.
3. For damaged goods, please email us a photo or return the item to us (following instructions above) for store credit.

4. Please note that no exchanges or credits will be granted after the 10 day period has past, and no returns will be processed until we have received your original item.

Shipping Rates:

We ship all packages with UPS. Raven + Lily will ship anywhere within the United States, however we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please call us if you live outside of the United States, and we will do our best to work with you on a jewelry or gift order. 512-485-3021

We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible. Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.

Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology*, so you can rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server.
