    This piece was crafted with care by our skilled artisans in Bali, who hand-shape our jewelry using recycled metal and ethically sourced semi-precious stones native to their region. We are proud to work with this women-led boutique studio with a workforce of 50 full-time staff. Located on the ‘Island of the Gods’, and surrounded by dramatic volcanoes and hillside temples, the studio’s master metal workers are drawn from diverse religious backgrounds and benefit from supportive working conditions including paid maternity leave, fair pay, health plans and pensions.
