FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS $75 or more within the United States. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

We also offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select shipping on all orders within the US.


We ship all packages by either UPS or USPS and can ship to most international locations.

General Shipping Information:

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges are available for full-price items only. All Sale, Clearance and Markdown items are FINAL SALE. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item. We are very proud of our artisan’s work and their dedication to their craft.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping on any exchange; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.

We Make Mistakes Sometimes:

We certainly make no claims of perfection (but we try)! If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

To Complete a Return or Exchange an Item

Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. (You can also download the form here.) Please complete and return the bottom form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
Send us the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it's unmarked and appropriately sized/protected) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking, as Raven + Lily is not responsible for lost shipments.

Refund Requests:

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department, and the original price of the item(s) to be credited back to your original form of payment.

Exchange Requests

Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item, but the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receipt back into our fulfillment center.
