We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. Please note:
- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items marked down in price (generally ending in $0.95):
Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for ecomm store credit only.
Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecomm store credit.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Leather products are guaranteed for one year under normal use. For up to a year from delivery, we will reimburse customers for up to $15 for repairs to leather products for items such as loose stitching. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
- Gift cards are final sale.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.
We certainly make no claims of perfection (but we try)! If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

To Complete a Return or Exchange an Item
Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. Please complete and return the bottom form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
Send us the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it's unmarked and appropriately sized/protected) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking, as Raven + Lily is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department, and the original price of the item(s) to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item, but the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receipt back into our fulfillment center.
